How We Ship
Every DEPTH piece is printed to order. Your delivery has two stages: production, followed by shipping.

Your total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than surprise you later.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $95.
No code is needed—it will be applied automatically at checkout.
For orders under $95, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Printed Close to You
Orders within the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia are produced at facilities in those regions, helping keep delivery times fast and shipping costs low.
Orders outside these regions are shipped internationally and may require additional delivery time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
If you don't receive a tracking update within the first few days after placing your order, your item is still in production—not delayed.
Wrong Address
We can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
If the shipping address is invalid and the package is returned to the sender, we'll refund the product price, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
